• Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.


• No-Show Fee: If you do not show up for your scheduled pick-up without prior notice, a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

Flexible Cancellation Policy for COVID-19

• Health-Related Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking due to COVID-19 symptoms or exposure, please contact us as soon as possible. We will waive the cancellation fee and offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking at no additional cost.


• Travel Restrictions: If government-imposed travel restrictions related to COVID-19 prevent you from traveling, we will waive the cancellation fee and provide a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking.

2. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone with your booking details. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it and send you a confirmation email.

Modifications to Your Booking

If you need to modify your booking (e.g., change the date or time), please contact us as soon as possible.
